The School of Pharmacy, Anurag University,Hyderabad,TelanganaStateCelebratedremarkablythe“60thNational Pharmacy Week (NPTI - 2021” (15th-21st Nov 2021). The National Pharmacy Week was collaborated with the Indian Pharmacy Graduates Association- IPGA), TelanganaBranch.& Unit-I,NationalService Scheme NSS) ofAnuragUniversity. ThethemeoftheNationalPharmacyWeek,NPW-2021is“Pharmacist-AnIntegral Part of Health Care”. The N PW'-2021, was a platform to create awareness amongst the public, other, healthcare providers and the authorities, about the NPW theme in particular and about the pharmacy profession and the role of the Pharmacist in general. The National Pharmacy Week “NPW-2021” was witnessed by the gracious presence of Prof. S. Ramachandram, Vice-Chancellor, Anurag University, Prof. Syeda Sameen Fatima, Registrar, Anurag University and S. Neelima, CEO, Anurag University. The invited resource person was, Mr. G. Kotteshwar Rao, President. The resource person, Mr. G. Koteshwar Rao, in his keynoteaddressgaveveryencouragingpositivepointsonhowpharmacistsshould develop their counselling role and improve service to society. He appreciated the enthusiasm of the pharmacy students participating in various events of 60th N PW-2021, He motivated the students with his inspirationaltalk on the role of the Pharmacist and the value of the Pharmacy profession. He explained the importanceof“fiverights”ofmedicationuse:therightpatient,therightdrug,the right time, the right dose, and the right route. Sireesha, Associate Professor, School of Pharmacy, Anurag University are the coordinators for the National Pharmacy Week “NPW-2021. The inauguration was started on 15th Nov, 2021 by Dr. B. VasudhaBakshi,Dean,SchoolofPharmacy:Thedeliberationsinthe“NPW-2021” was mainly focused on the Pharmacy profession and the role of the pharmacist.

Date 11 th June 202 I Report Date: 08th June 202 Telangana branch few members from Indian Pharmacy Graduates'Association, donate One Lakh rupees of Fevipiravir Tablets 400 mg and N95 Masks among the cyberabad Police Commissionarate. The market value of the same will be around 2.0 Lakhs for this cause.

Koteshwar Rao as South Zone Coordinator Indian Pharmacy Graduates Association (IPGA) has elected Sri. Koteshwar Rao, Former Vigilance Drugs Inspector as South Zone Coordinator unanimously on 4th April 2021 during the Central Executive Council virtual meeting of IPGA. The election was conducted through web meeting where presidents and secretaries ofall the states of the association have attended the meeting conducted by central Office New Delhi on 4 April 2021. On this occasion the contribution of Mr. Koteshwar Rao in the quick establishment of state branches of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana sectors was greatly applauded by Central committee President Dr. Atul Nasa and secretary Dr Arun Garg and was congratulated by rest of the committee members. Mr.Rao is now the president of Telangana state IPGA, he is also the chairman for Pallavi Memorial Trust, Lions Club of Hasanparthi member, and he is also active in various social service activities. He was also the Founder secretary for Telangana Drugs Control officers Association and made major contributions through the association apart from being organiser of several cultural activities through Ghantasala Sangeetha kalasala. On this occasion he wasimmensely congratulated by members of various states.
