1. On National Women’s Day, Feb 13th 2023 the following sticker was prepared and circulated among WhatsApp groups and also forwarded to all the pharmacy colleges in Kerala through email. 2. IPGAWF Kerala together with Kerala Pharmacy Graduate Association Womens Wing conducted a magnificent physical event on behalf of International Women’s day on 11th March 2023.Around 50 participants attended the session.There were two sessions conducted from morning 10 to 2pm at Lisie Hospital Auditorium,Ernakulam, Kerala. The Honourable MLA Smt.Uma Thomas was the Chief Guest of the program and inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp. Invited Speakers: 1st session - Theme : DigitALL Innovations and Technology for gender equality Dr.Bindu Krishnan.Sr,Statistician Data and AI,IBM Research &DevelopmentSoftware Labs,Kochi had briefed on Artificial intelligence and Gender quality 2nd session Fire and Safety :Tips and Guidelines Mr.SarathS , Mr.Midhun V M (Fire and Rescue Officers )and Team from Fire and Rescue Department,Ernakulam conducted a wonder ful practical session on the topic with presentations. The most spectacular part of the event was Honouring senior Women Pharmacy Professionals from various area with Momento and certificate. Nini Babu – Industry Mary Varghese – Regulatory Sr.N A Elikkutty - Academic Sr.Lettishya - Pharmacist Highlights: The President and Secretary of KPGA and President of IPGA Kerala attended the function. All the KPGAWomens wing and IPGAWF Kerala members actively participated for the successful completion of the event.

IPGA-Kerala State Branch in association with Kerala State Drugs Control Enforcement Officers Association (KSDCE ) organized a webinar on 12th June, 2021. The programme was inaugurated by Mr.John K.J, Drugs Controller, Kerala State. Sri.Jayan PM IPGA­ Kerala State Branch welcomed the gathering and Dr.C.S Satheeshkumar, President, IPGA-Kerala State Branch presided the function. Mr.Koteshwar Rao (Coordinator, IPGA South India), Mr.Jayan Philip (Vice President, All India Drugs Control Officers Confederation), Mr.Mathew Kokad (Managing Director, Kokad Pharma Ltd.) and Mr. Abdul Nazeer (General Secretary, Kerala Pharmacy Graduates Association) were felicitated in the function. The webinar session was handled by Mr.Manmohan Taneja, Assistant State Drugs. Controller, Government of Haryana. The topic of webinar was "COSMETICS RULES, 2020". Mr. Shaji M Varghese, President, Kerala State Drugs Control enforcement Officers Association was the moderator of the seminar. The programme was very lively and many pharmacy professionals including senior officers from Drugs Control Department from various states joined the webinar. The webinar concluded with vote of thanks, proposed by Dr.Limcee Thampi, Executive Member, IPGA Kerala State Branch.

IPGA-Kerala State Branch organized webinar on “Emerging Job Prospects in Pharma & Health Care”. The Programme was chaired by Dr.Satheesh Kumar, President IPGA Kerala State Branch. Welcome Speech done by Mr .PU Abdul Nazeer Gen.Secretary KPGA. The Programme was inaugurated by Dr.Arun Garg, National General Secretary IPGA. He emphasis the relevant of the webinar topic in current Scenario. Chief Guest of the event, Drugs Controller Kerala State Sri. PM Jayan and other dignitaries present in the event. Introduction of the module done by Mr.Rajeev V R ,Registrar,Pharmacy council,Kerala State,an active member of IPGA Kerala state. Speaker of the Programme Was Dr.Ashan Farooq, PharmD,Associate Manager,Med Science Liaison with IQVIA. The program was very fruitful and interactive and informative. Dr.Aju Joseph Kurian, Joint Secretary IPGA Kerala State branch moderated the programme. The Function concluded with Vote of thanks by Dr.Mahalakshmy R, Co-Ordinator Women’s Forum IPGA,Kerala State Branch. INDIAN PHARMACY GRADUATE’S ASSOCIATION KERALA STATE BRANCH The webinar was a great success with the participation and interaction of 400 plus students. E-certificate was given to all participants. An upcoming program has been scheduled on 20/08/2022 at Prime College of Pharmacy, Palakkad. After the last CEC Meeting in Delhi, IPGA, Kerala branch jointly with KPG conducted National seminar called Kerala Pharmacy Congress (KPC 2023) on 25 and 26th of February 2023, a national Pharma Seminar at St. James College of Pharmacy, Chalakkudy, for the first time in Kerala. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Montu Kumar Patel, President, PCI. The programme has presence of national President of IPGA, Dr, Atul Kumar Nasa, Drugs Controller, Kerala, Mr. Jayan MP, President IDMA, South, Mr. Jayaseelan, Dr. Mohan Kunnemmel, VC, Kerala University of Health Sciences, National President, AIDCCO Mr. Raj Bhanu. Inauguration It was a mega programme with 1400 registrations including teachers and students. Awards given to stalwarts of Pharmacy in Kerala. National symposiums were conducted. Poster presentations were arranged and price distributed. 2. The General body of the IPGA, Kerala was convened on 25th February at Chalakkudy with more than 40 attendees. Dr. Atul Kumar Nasa had a very vibrant interaction with all the members from various faculties of IPGA in detail. Major issues were discussed. Detailed deliberations were out on membership development. 20 members are already ready for joining IPGA in April. Another 30 will join in another 3-4 weeks. 3. We have already had initial discussions with the CEO, Start UP Mission, Govt of Kerala Mr.Anoop Ambika, for conducting a one day seminar for 500 Pharmacy graduates and students from the state for converging the spirits towards startups in Pharma, Medical Devices segments in Mfg, Quality Labs, QAQC, Regulatory, Clinical Trials, academic fields. Start Up Mission will host the one-day programme jointly with IPGA, Kerala and foster all the supports form Govt side to empower the Pharmacy Graduates to utilise the avenues available for Startups from the Govt. As of now, we have 750 startups in Medical Devices alone. 4. Physical meetings are planned in Thiruvananthapuram before 31st May involving Pharmacy professionals and Drugs Control Dept.

01/12/2021: In connection with World AIDS day, an awareness poster was designed by IPGA-Kerala State Branch and circulated among various Pharmacy Colleges in Kerala for circulating among students and display in notice boards. Also, we circulated the poster among officials of Drugs Control Department and Drugs Testing Laboratories for exhibiting in notice boards. 30/01/2022: IPGA (Kerala State Branch) in association with IPGA (Central) organizedawebinar on “RecentTrendsinQualityAssuranceintheInVitro Diagnostic Reagents”. Mr.Sanjaymon K R,Associate VP(Quality), AGAPPE delivered an excellentlectureonthetopicwhichwasveryusefulandimpartednewinsightson thesubjecttotheparticipants.Itwasagreatsuccesswiththeparticipationof200 plus participants across the country. 27/02/2022:IPGA(KeralaStateBranch)inassociationwithKeralaStateDrugs Control Enforcement Officers’ Association (KSDCEOA) organized a webinar for regulatory officers across the country on the topic “Arresting Powers and Procedures of Drug Regulatory Officers: A review based on Honorable SupremeCourtJudgment”.Dr.AtulKumarNasa,President,IPGA,inaugurated the webinar and Mr. Jayan PM, Drugs Controller, Kerala State was the Guest of Honour in the function. The topic of the second sessin was “Pharmacist role in vaccination- Lessons from Covid -19 pandemic. E- certificates were also issued to the participants. 25/09/2021:WorldPharmacistsDay,2021 IPGA- Kerala State Branch celebrated World Pharmacists Day, 2021 jointly with IPA-Kerala State Branch and Kerala Pharmacy Graduates Association (KPGA). Smt. Veena George, Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Kerala State offered a message during the occasion. A scientific session was also arranged in connection with this program. IPGAAcademicDivision Indian Pharmacy Graduate Association (Academic Division) organized an interactive webinar on 30th May 2021 at 11 AM on the topic Awareness about MOOCCourseofIndustrialPharmacywhichisavailableonSwayamPortal.Inthis webinar, more than 400 Participants was registered throughout the country. Dr. Ajay Semalty (Corse Coordinator) gave all the information about the course with his team-members. Along with this course he also had given information about other course like Academic Writing, Video Lectures available on Swayam prabha and Arpit Channel. The Programme was moderated by Dr. Rahul Garg (Chairman IPGA Academic Division) and Dr. G. Jeyabalan Govindasamy (Chairman IPGA Public Relation Division).
